[175] With the agreement of his wife Sibille and his sons Raimond and Boémond, Prince Bohemond III of Antioch, son of Raymond, confirms the sale to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem of the casale of Astanors made by Rainaud Masoer seigneur de Margat, with the agreement of his son Bertrand. Bohemond also gives land which stretches from the house of Coste as far as the house of the Jews on the road to the sea that is on the other side of the baths of the Hospital.
