Mar. 11. Verona. Pope Urban III orders Hugo, the son of Hugo de Gibelleto to swear the oath of fealty to the church and city of Genoa, which his grandfather was known to have sworn for Gibelletum, and to pay the annual census, which his grandfather paid. He has ordered the patriarchs of Jerusalem and Antioch, the bishops of Gibelletum [Bibliensis] and Tripoli to enforce this.
