Mar. 13. Verona. Pope Urban III, who has been informed by the Genoese that some of the canons of the Holy Sepulchre have defaced the Golden Inscription [of Genoese privileges] which King Baldwin I placed around the altar [of the Holy Sepulchre], orders the prior and canons to restore it.
