Mar. 13. Verona. Pope Urban III orders the bishop of Tripoli to induce the count of Tripoli, who has abstracted a third part of Tripoli from the Genoese, to restore it and to submit himself to the archbishop of Nazareth and the masters of the Knighthood of the Temple and the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, or two of them, whom he has appointed to judge in this matter.
