In return for the good services [servitia] of the Genoese and especially their assistance to Antioch when in need, and with the agreement of domina principissa Sibilla and his son Raimundus, Bohemond, per gratiam Dei Antiochenus princeps, the son of Prince Raymond, makes a sealed grant to the consuls and the Genoese. He gives them a curia in Antioch and curiae and freedoms at Latakia and Gabulum, although he reserves for his own court cases of treachery, homicide and theft, and those involving Genoese who are his burgenses in Antioch, Latakia and Gabulum. The goods of Genoese will be safeguarded when shipwrecked. Witnesses: Aimericus Tripolitanus episcopus; Gervasius de Sarmania Antiochenus senescalcus; Milo de Colovardino; Petrus de Ravandello; Johannes Pascalis; Saxus de Tripoli.
