Having taken the advice of Patriarch [Aymar] Monachus of Jerusalem and his barones, Henricus Trecensium comes palatinus makes a sealed grant to all Pisans, giving them protection and security in his land, to come, stay, sell and go. On the other hand, he bans the [Pisan] pirate ships Aquila and Imperialis, which have caused great damage.
