With the agreement of his wife domna Ysabella regis Amalrici filia, Herricus, Trecensium comes palatinus et regni Ierusalem dominus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to frater Herricus domus hospitalis Alamanorum in Accon preceptor, and to his brothers and the sick [of St Mary of the Germans].
