Appreciative of the assistance he has had from the Hospitallers and with the agreement of his wife domina Laureta and his sons Bertrandus Porcelleti and Hugo Porcelleti, Willelmus Porcelleti makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the sick poor of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, to frater Garinus de Monte Acuto sancte domus Hospitalis Jerusalem magister and the brothers, of the lordship [dominium] he has over Malcomin, which comprises the servitium of 1 miles for half a year.
