Sept. 24. Lateran. Responding to a complaint by G. Montis Beliardi regni Ierosolimitani comestabulus, who had been baiulus of the kingdom of Cyprus, that when King Hugh of Cyprus came of age he expelled G. from the kingdom without the judgement of his court and confiscated his land, Pope Innocent III orders the patriarch of Jerusalem, the papal legate, to restore G.’s rights.
