King Baldwin I reconfirms the gift of Eustachius Granerius to the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat of a mahumeria outside Sidon next to the barbican that faces in the direction of Tyre, and a viridarium, together with the gardener [hortolanus] who cultivates it, and all the gardener’s heirs in their hereditary holding.
