Nov. 28. Lateran. Pope Honorius III assures the archbishop of Nicosia that he cannot be called for trial in regions subject to the count of Tripoli, who persecutes the archbishop because he obeyed the orders of Cardinal Pelagius of Albano, the papal legate, and published the excommunication of the count, unless a specific reference is made to this in a future papal letter.
