Jan. 20. Pope Honorius III confirms for the bishop and brothers of Mt Sinai their privileges [of Aug. 6 1217 and Dec. 4 1223]. He adds houses in Acre to their possessions. He confirms the canonical election of the bishops and forbids laymen to possess their cemeteries and churches.
