Jan. 20. Rieti. Pope Honorius III orders the bishop and chapter of the church of Tripoli to provide a canonry to G. Laiguerius presbyter, an assisius of the church, who has served it for 20 years or more, notwithstanding any limit laid on the number of canons. If they do not act, he has given the cantor Beritensis, the thesaurarius Beritensis and Willelmus canonicus Beritensis orders to compel them.
