Aug. 3. Lateran. Pope Honorius III authorizes the archbishop of Tarsus [archiepiscopus Tharsensis] to absolve from excommunication 8 or more churchmen, who were associated with the count of Tripoli but were not involved in any wrongdoing, although they are still to be subject to the limitations imposed by the interdict.
