Feb. 17. Lateran. Writing to the bishops of Tortosa and Valenia and the cantor Valaniensis, Pope Honorius III modifies his previous mandate [Dec. 16 1226], confining excommunication to those who have close relations with the count of Tripoli, because it is impossible for many to avoid him.
