Apr. 5. Lateran. Pope Gregory IX writes to the archbishop of Nicosia, the patriarch of Jerusalem and the bishop of Acre, confirming the decision of his predecessor to transfer the investigation of the case of the marriage of the queen of Cyprus and B., the son of the count of Tripoli, who had appealed to the Holy See, from the archbishop to the patriarch and the bishop of Acre.
