Oct. 1-31. Acre. At the request of frater Gwalterus de Novo Castello magister domus sancti Lazari in Ierusalem and his convent, Frederick, divine favente clementia Romanorum imperator semper augustus Ierusalem et Sicilie rex, confirms under seal for the leprosary of St Lazarus of Jerusalem the charters of King Amalric of Jerusalem (Feb. 24 1174) and of Hainfredus, son of dominus Hainfredus juvenis (Apr. 21 1183, referring to a rent assigned on the funda of Acre). Witnesses: Balianvs domnus Sidonis; Odo de Montebeliardo comestabulus; Iohannes de Hibelino; Gwarnerius Alemannus; and others.
