Appreciative of the fidelity and services of Malpillus, Pipinus and Buitus, the consules of the Pisans in Acre, and of the contribution made by the Pisans to the preservation of the kingdom of Jerusalem, Frederick, dei gratia Romanorum imperator semper augustus, Ierusalem et Sicilie rex, makes a sealed grant to the Pisans, giving them a curia and freedom in the city of Jerusalem, with the right of coming and going with their goods and merchandise.
