Jun. 1-30. With the agreement of his canons, specifically domnus Raimundus cantor, domnus Salvus archidiaconus, Amarricus subdiaconus and domnus Laurentius sacerdos, frater Vassalus Bibliensis episcopus makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the abbey of Le Ferté of the house of Sanctus Sergius and all its possessions and tithes, in order for it to be made a Cistercian abbey, saving the rights of the church of Biblium. The abbas Sancti Sergii will promise obedience to the episcopus Bibliensis according to the institutes of the Cistercian Order.
