Dec. 25 1124 – Sept. 23 1125 (1125). Tyre. In the royal palatium. Baldwin per dei gratiam rex Iherusalem Latinorum secundus makes a sealed eleemosynary grant, confirming for the church and canons of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem their possession of a casale called Derina, situated near Tyre [in terminis Tyri] close to the great spring [fons] that feeds the aqueduct. The territory of the casale, situated on the hillside, comprises 4 carrucates [tantum terrᶒ, quantum quatuor paria boum poterunt excolere de anno ad annum].
