Nov. 30. Tiberias. A Jewish merchant, having rented an apartment in Tiberias, reports to a relative in Egypt that he has persuaded a [Latin] official in Jerusalem to permit Jews to pilgrimage to the city and to allow a Jewish dyer, who had already settled there, to reside in it.
