[Feb. 5. Teramo. Writing to Patriarch Albert of Antioch, Pope Gregory IX confirms the sentence delivered by Cardinal Thomas of St Sabina, who has heard representatives of the parties in the case, in favour of the patriarch and against the Cistercian abbey of Jubin.
