[Mar. 9. Lateran. Writing to the patriarch of Antioch, the bishop of Tripoli and the patriarch of Jerusalem, the papal legate, Pope Gregory IX permits the reception of religious, who have fled to the Sarraceni and return, although they may have to be placed in other communities.
