text:
Jul. 14. Anagni. At their request, Pope Innocent IV takes the abbas et conventus monasterii monachorum Grecorum Sancte Margarite de Agros, of the Order of St Basil, under papal protection. He confirms their possession of the grangia Sancte Marie de Brilo, in capite de Cavata, in the diocese of Limassol. As the Greeks did not pay tithes, he absolves them from all payment of tithes on animal fodder and the harvests of all possessions farmed themselves or at their expense held before the time of the [Fourth Lateran Council] and on all possessions farmed or at their expense which have been acquired since the council, although tithes will be payable on acquisitions farmed by others.
