Pope Innocent IV asks the patriarch of Jerusalem, the papal legate, to encourage the prelates of his province, their chapters and the Knights Templar and Hospital of St John of Jerusalem to contribute to the repairing of the walls of the city of Jerusalem. He should estimate what they should contribute.
