The bishop of Tripoli has refused to confirm the election by the chapter of the ecclesia Sancti Michaelis Tripolitani ordinis Sancti Augustini of Johannes de Valentia as prior. Pope Innocent IV orders the bishop of Tortosa [episcopus Anteradensis] to put Johannes in possession of his office on papal authority.
