August 6. Milan. Incorporating the letter from Pope Innocent IV of May 6, Cardinal Octavian of S. Maria in Via Lata forbids any infringement of the papal protection extended to the churches of St Mark of Tyre and St Mark of Acre, which owe an annual census of 2 besants to the Holy See, payable on the Feast of All Saints.
