March 31. Ind. VI. Acre. In the church of St Peter of the Pisans. Benencasa quondam Leonardi Cascinensis filius, imperial judge and notary, confirms, to have seen and transcribed on the orders of Guido de Sancto Cassiano quondam Galli, consul comunis Pisanorum Accon et totius Syrie the privilege of Henry of Champagne (January 1195, RRH 721 and RRR 1362) in the presence of Robertus Tornuli, Guntolinus de Ponte, the notary Ugolinus quondam Bandini and other witnesses. The diploma was sealed with a lead seal: on both sides a mounted knight having a drawn sword in his hand, surrounded by the inscription: + HENRICUS TRECCENSIS COMES PALATINUS +
