July 21. Lyons. Pope Innocent IV writes to the [cardinal-]bishop of Tusculum (Frascati) and papal legate (Eudes de Châteauroux), allowing him to receive prelates of the churches of his legation who wish to return to the obedience and devotion to the Church, but he shall punish those who persist in their contumacy or disobedience as he sees fit.
