August 1. Lyons. Pope Innocent IV announces the legation of the [cardinal-]bishop of Tusculum (Frascati) (Eudes de Châteauroux) to all the patriarchs, archbishops, bishops, abbots, priors, archdeacons, deans, and regular and secular clerics, exempt and not, in Outremer, ordering them to receive and obey the legate with honour and probity, on pain of ecclesiastical censure.
