August 1. Lyons. Pope Innocent IV similarly announces the legation of [the cardinal-bishop of Tusculum (Frascati), Eudes de Châteauroux] to all the illustrious kings and noble counts, dukes, marquesses, barons and other noblemen and all Christ’s faithful, both crusaders and others, in Outremer.
