. June 1. Genoa. Pope Innocent IV writes to Archbishop [Niccolò Lercari] of Tyre, ordering him to provide Luca Stregiaporci, son of the noble man Simone Stregiaporci, son of Amico Stregiaporci, citizen of Genoa, with an ecclesiastical benefice, prebendal or otherwise, in a church in the Kingdom of Cyprus, if one is vacant or as soon as possible, and to have him received as canon and brother, if it is a prebendal benefice, various obstacles notwithstanding.
