. December 22. Perugia. Pope Innocent IV writes to the archbishop of Nicosia (Ugo da Fagiano), responding to his request by granting him the use of the pallium outside his province when he has to go to another church for the consecration of bishops, the ordination of clerics, or other honest and necessary reasons, on the days when he is allowed according to the privileges of his own church, as long as he has permission from the head of that other church.
