With the consent of Patriarch James of Jerusalem, the papal legate, Terricus abbas and the convent of the church of Mt Sion rent under seal houses in Acre, with upper storeys (cum solo), plateae and outbuildings, to frater Anno magister and the convent of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans in Acre for an annual rent of 309 Saracen besants in Acre weight, payable in 3 instalments of 103 besants in February, June and October. The houses are located as follows. To the east are the royal way and a house of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, which once belonged to Mt Tabor and is adjacent to them. To the west is the house of the magister and convent of the Hospital of St Mary. To the north is the royal way and to the south is the barbican of the brothers of the Hospital of St Mary. Mt Sion also rents another little house. To the east and south is the royal way. To the west is a house of the magister and convent of the Hospital of St Mary, which once belonged to comes Ioscelinus. To the north is the house of Albricus Botterius.
