December 13. Viterbo. Alexander IV writes to the provost of the church Cavaillon (Cavellicensis), relating that the preceptor of the Hospital of Jerusalem de Maraclea complained to him that Bertrandus de Folquetis and some other laymen of the diocese Sisteron (Sestaricensis) are harming them over lands, debts, possessions, and other things, so he orders the addressees to summon the parties, hear the case, decide it with a proper end without appeal, and have his decision firmly observed by ecclesiastical censure.
