Pope Innocent II rebukes Balduinus Berythensis episcopus, Bernardus Sydoniensis episcopus and Joannes Ptolomaidensis episcopus for refusing to subject themselves to Fulcherius Tyrensis archiepiscopus. He makes clear that if they obey him he will quash any action the patriarch of Jerusalem would take against them.
