1142 – Sept. 27 1145. Patriarch William of Jerusalem seals his arbitration in the dispute the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat and the priory of the Mt of Olives. Guido abbas of St Mary and Henricus prior of the Mt of Olives and their chapters come to an agreement in which Guido cedes to Henricus a level strip of land [quandam terrae planiciem bone magre] adjacent to the church of the Mt of Olives in return for an annual payment to St Mary of 7 besants on the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
