Nicholaus prior Sancti Sepulchri and his chapter lease to Stephanus Pasnaie the house, which Petrus de Sepulcro bought from Nicholaus and his wife Pontia, for an annual census of 5 besants, to be paid on the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Stephanus can sell to any burgensis, but the Holy Sepulchre will have preemption rights.
