At the request of Iohannes Gothmannus and of his son Ancherius and out of fraternal love for the canons of the Holy Sepulchre, Baldwin, per gratiam dei in sancta Iherusalem Latinorum rex quartus, confirms under seal the sale to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre of the casalia of Bathaatep/Bethahatap, Derhassen, Derxerip, Culi and Uastinam Leonis for 1400 besants by Iohannes Gothmannus, with the agreement of his wife Amandala, his son Ancherius, Stephania the wife of Ancherius, and Helisabeth, the daughter of Iohannes and wife of Hugo dominus Cesariensis. The Holy Sepulchre will hold the casalia free of all servicium and dominium. Witnesses: Amalricus comes Ascalonitanus; Humfredus de Torono constabularius; Philippus Neapolitanus; Hugo de Ybelino; Hugo Cesariensis; Balduinus de Insula; Galterius de Sancto Audemaro castellanus et Tyberiadensis domnus; Guormundus Tyberiadensis; Clarembaldus vicecomes Acconensis; Guillelmus de Hursa; Guido de Maneriis.
