Dec. 25 1162 - Mar. 1 1163 Tyre. Petrus Tyrensis archiepiscopus, together with his chapter, confirms his eleemosynary grant to domnus Nicholaus, prior, and the convent of the Holy Sepulchre. This consisted of the entire tithe of a casale called Derina, which the canons possessed. Any dependency of the casale which the canons acquire would be freed from the tithe. Petrus also gave the tithe of an enclosed viridarium between the wall and forewall of Tyre [inter murum et ejus antemurale], with a berquilium. He now adds his grant of the tithe taken on 4 carruce terre, next to the casale of Derina, which had been given to the Holy Sepulchre by King Baldwin II. Witnesses: domnus Mainardus Beritensis episcopus; domnus Gualterius Tyrensis decanus; domnus Willelmus Tyrensis archidiaconus; domnus Aimo Tyrensis cantor; domnus Rainaldus Tyrensis thesaurarius; domnus Matheus canonicus; domnus Odo canonicus; domnus Philippus canonicus; domnus W. canonicus; domnus Girardus canonicus. The charter was drawn by by Albertus Tyrensis ecclesie cancellarius.
