Mar. 14. Raiembaldus de Rauca and Raymundus Pandulfi record that they were present when Bernardus Willelmi, who is said to come from Fraxinum [Fresnay?] and was on pilgrimage to Jerusalem, fell ill in Tripoli and died. On his deathbed Bernardus affirmed that he had made an eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem of his fief [honor] in Olibana. Witnesses: Berengarius S. Felicis abbas Girunde; Bertrannus, prior Hospitalis Montis Peregrinorum; Durandus Tripolitanus archidiaconus; Berengarius Cort ....; Guillelmus Pontius; Petrus Vivariensis, who wrote the charter.
