Dec. 17 1139 or Jan. 17 1140. Lateran. Pope Innocent II writes to Gerardus Tripolitanus episcopus, R[aimundus] Tortosanus episcopus and H[ugo] Biblitanus episcopus. Restoring their dioceses to the province of Tyre and absolving them from subjection to the patriarchate of Antioch, he orders them to show due obedience and reverence to Fulcherius Tyrensis archiepiscopus.
