In the presence of Geraldus Tripolitanus episcopus; Willelmus Tortosae episcopus; B. archiepiscopus Albariae; Raynerius constabularius; Fulchrandus mareschallus; Willelmus Embriaci; Willelmus Renoardus; Jocelinus de Claromonte; Willelmus Porceletus; Raymundus de Fonte Erecto and other barones, and with the agreement of his mother Caecilia comitissa, his wife Hodierna comitissa, his son Raymond and his brother Philippus, Raymond II, Pontii comitis Sancti Egidii filius et Dei gratia comes Tripoli, makes an eleemosynary grant, confirming the gift of property in France made by his father Pons, his mother Caecilia and himself to the bishop of Le Puy [Dec. 25 1131 – Dec. 24 1132].
