Jan. 1-31. Genoa. Ansaldus Mallon, Willelmus de Nigro, Lanfranc Piper and Caffaro, the consuls of Genoa, had summoned the sons of Nicolas Embriacus on the grounds that neither Willelmus Embriacus nor his heirs had observed the terms of an agreement over the revenues of Gibellum, Sollinum, Latakia and Antioch for 20 years. The consuls agree to end the case on payment of 300 librae. The sons and daughters of Nicolas Embriacus are absolved of anything owed by their father Nicolas, their grandfather [Willelmus] and their grandmother Alguda.
