Rogerius Ramatensis episcopus, with the agreement of the chapter of St George [of Lydda], gives the leprosary of St Lazarus half the tithes of fruits and foodstuffs of Casale Infirmorum in the territory of Ramla. Witnesses: Constantinus presbiter et decanus; Balduinus presbiter; Gillebertus presbiter; Durandus presbiter; Jordanus presbiter; Hugo diaconus; of the laity, Gulferius Normannus; Geraldus vicecomes; Gwalterius de Mahumeria. The charter was written by Rainerius scriptor.
