In the curia and presence of Baldwin, rex Jherosolomitanus Latinorum sextus, and domina Sibilla comitissa Joppe et Ascalone, and with the agreement of his brother Balianus and his daughters [Eschiv]a and Stephania, Balduinus Ramatensis dominus confirms under seal the sale by Georgius de Betheri to Constancia, comitissa S Egidii and sister of the king of France, of the scribanagium of the casale of Bethduras for 250 besants. Witnesses: princeps Reginaldus; Joscelinus de Sen Mossach Ascalone castellanus; Willelmus de Mont Corneit; Rohardus de S. Abraham; Balduinus de Semmossach; Balduinus de Jherusalem; Reginaldus le Flamenq de Ybelin.
