Informed by the archbishop and canons of Genoa that Hug[o] dominus Gebelleti has neglected his duties as a fief-holder of the church of Genoa [ab eorum ecclesia feudum habeas] and has failed to pay the census and swear fealty, Pope Alexander III orders Hugo to fulfil his obligations.
