*Summer? [176] An eleven-year truce is reportedly agreed between Mosul and the Franks. Mosul promises to pay annual tribute, to deliver into Frankish hands the frontier districts [which were in fact outside its control] of Banyas, Shaqif, Tirun and Habis Jaldak, and to return prisoners.
