Mar. 13. Verona. Pope Urban III orders the bishop of Gibelletum [Bibliensis] to cooperate with the patriarchs of Antioch and Jerusalem and the bishop of Tripoli to ensure that Hugo de Gibelleto swears an oath of fealty to the church and city of Genoa for Gibelletum and that he pays the census, which has not been paid for seventeen years in spite of the orders of Pope Alexander III.
