Mar 13. Verona. Pope Urban III orders the patriarch of Jerusalem to cooperate with the bishops of Gibelletum [Bibliensis] and Tripoli to ensure that Hugo de Gibelleto swears an oath of fealty to the church and city of Genoa for Gibelletum and that he pays the census, which has not been paid for seventeen years in spite of the orders of Pope Alexander III.
